RESEPI KARIPAP PUSING YANG RANGUP
Doh A (Minyak)
1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
2 sudu besar shortening
2 sudu besar marjerin/butter
1 sudu besar minyak masak
Uli sebati dan perap dlm peti ais 15 minit
Doh B (tepung)
2 cawan tepung gandum
2 sudu besar tepung beras
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
1/4 cawan minyak masak yang dipanaskan
1 cawan air sejuk dr peti ais atau air biasa tambah ais
1 sudu kecil garam
dan sedikit gula
Uli sebati dan perap dlm peti ais selama 15 minit
cara-cara
1. Bahagikan Doh A kepada 6 bahagian dan Doh B pada 6 bahagian juga (nak buat 4 set pun blh)
2. Bulat Bulatkan doh seperti dalam gambar
3. Ambil Doh minyak (A) letak diatas Doh Tepung (B) yg telah dileperkan seperti gambar .Tutup adunan dan bulatkan doh tersebut
4. bulatkan kesemua doh. Dan biarkan selama 10 minit.
5. Boleh Leperkan/Gelekkan adunan memanjang dan renjis atau sapu dengan sedikit air tujuan utk gam. Gulung kembali doh tadi
6. Setelah di gulung leperkan / gelek kembali adunan dan sapu dgn sedikit air pada permukaan adunan dan gulung kembali
7. Potong adunan kepada 6 atau 7 bahagian
8. Ambil 1 keping adunan dan leperkan masuk inti dan kelim tepi
