🔍 The ‘leaky pipeline effect’ is a critical issue: Many women leave the career track just when their potential is at its highest—often during the intense phase of life where childcare and caregiving responsibilities peak. Studies show this is where we lose incredible talent, creating a gap that impacts the entire workforce. It’s time to address this challenge head-on by creating flexible, supportive environments that allow women to thrive both at home and in their careers. Let’s stop the leak and keep women on the path to leadership! 💪👩💻

In the most unexpected moments, we find the most powerful stories. When a reporter faced danger, she discovered a tale of love, loss, and humanity behind the threat. It reminds us that every situation has a deeper story waiting to be uncovered. Always search for the truth beyond the surface. 🕊️✨

"Each of us has the power to inspire and captivate others—public speaking is a craft, especially when we know our message."
Public speaking isn’t just about delivering words; it’s about connecting with your audience on a deeper level, leaving a lasting impact with your message. Whether you’re on stage, in a meeting, or presenting to a small group, your voice has the potential to move, motivate, and influence. Remember, everyone has the ability to captivate an audience. With the right preparation and mindset, you can turn your speaking opportunities into powerful moments of inspiration.
In today's business world, the importance of mentorship and role models for women cannot be overstated. Research consistently shows that when women have access to role models, mentors, and safe, supportive groups, their chances of success in a company significantly increase. These connections not only provide guidance and inspiration but also create a network of support that empowers women to overcome challenges, break barriers, and reach their full potential.
Mentorship is more than just giving advice—it's about fostering an environment where women feel seen, heard, and valued. Role models inspire by example, showing what is possible and motivating others to strive for their dreams. Safe groups create a sense of belonging and trust, where women can share their experiences, learn from each other, and grow together.
It's time for companies to prioritize these elements, creating spaces where women can thrive. By investing in women through mentorship programs and fostering a culture of inclusion, businesses can unlock untapped potential, driving innovation and success for everyone.
Let's celebrate the power of mentorship and the incredible impact of women supporting women in the workplace. Together, we can build a future where every woman has the resources and support she needs to succeed.

UN states that youth, as digital generations and visionaries, are at the forefront of adopting new technologies, and form the largest demographic of users and developers that shape digital trends globally, which makes them the driving force behind digitalization and innovation, and an essential demographic group in leveraging the transformative power of technologies to address global challenges. With that in mind the theme for International Youth Day this year is 'From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development.'
Dominique Rose Van-Winther (https://www.linkedin.com/in/drvw/), is a seasoned leader of the AI- advisory firm Final Upgrade, AI workshop trainer for teams & companies and Speaker for . Today, she shares her thoughts on this significant day, "This era will see a generation of youth-led founders creating tomorrow’s most impactful companies – companies that will lead their industries, fueled by AI and robotics, and with a completely different business model than seen before. That future is led by youth, the early adopters and those that we will rely upon to embed the right values and thinking into future technology. Imagine the immense benefit the Internet brought to humankind, but how its evolutionary tech of social media is not clearly to our individual detriment and that of children. But just as one technology’s benefits can be offset by unintended consequences, it’s vital that this generation ensures technology uplifts rather than undermines our society, by pointing it in the direction of sustainability, the uplift of humanity, social stability."

"Not being authentic to your true self can be risky. If people find out that you have been keeping up appearances, trust may be violated. You pretended, and people may feel lied to. It is also risky to yourself: the energy it takes to try to be someone you are not. Over time, it is not sustainable to pretend and fit in that mold. So I decided to stop and show my weakness, my inexperience and I was ready to grow from there. Six years later, I graduated with honors from the Top 3 Architecture school in the world."

In today's series, we're thrilled to feature Tricia Broderick (https://www.linkedin.com/in/tricia-broderick/), Co-author of 'Lead without Blame' and Founder of 'Ignite Insight + Innovation' and Speaker of .
"When given the opportunity to write a book, I questioned myself alot - What if I have nothing of value to write? What if I lose interest and it takes forever? What if everyone hates the book? Doubting myself was getting me nowhere. Instead, I decided to get proactive with my fears. I spent time with several respected authors and asked specific questions about providing value, sourcing others, and benefits. I found an experienced co-author that I was extremely excited to collaborate with. We determined a writing approach that would increase early draft feedback. These steps (and more) helped me gain a sense of control. Not in that I would avoid all challenges or the fears, but that I could always figure out a plan to move forward. That my fears didn’t have to rule my decisions."
