Our Story

Pilates Core & Beyond is a professionally equipped MERRITHEW™ STOTT PILATES® studio in Singapore. We are located in Regency House, on the quieter parallel of Orchard Road and Oxley Road. Our studio is enveloped by full length windows that welcome the natural rays of sunshine all day, with balconies that overlook lush greenery and the sway of calm trees… something we are grateful for everyday.

Clean and spacious workout areas await you, providing a calm, intuitive experience in each and every group or private sessions.

PILATES CORE & BEYOND stands a place to achieve a truly priceless healthy advantage and constant remedy for physical and mental well being.

Our warm and friendly team of experienced and certified Pilates instructors are ready to work with you one-on-one, in order to give you full attention and deliver results of your aim.

We are here to help you transform your body by building and strengthening each muscle. More toned? Pain free? Looking to breakthrough your existing fitness routine?

We can take your workout to the next level when combined with healthy eating and sleeping habits. Pilates focuses on developing strength of the intrinsic muscles of the core.
