在PSLE之后，我们请来了茶艺商家为六年级的学生们上了茶艺课 🍵✨

同学们亲自体验了中华茶文化的独特魅力❤️。课上，老师介绍了茶的文化，和泡茶的步骤和礼仪 🎎，学生们专注地学习每一个细节，从温杯、投茶、注水到品茶，尽显专注与优雅 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️。

通过这堂课，学生们不仅掌握了基本的茶艺技能 ☕，还学到了泡茶过程中需要注重细节、讲究耐心，更深刻体会到茶道中所蕴含的礼仪和沉静的心境 。🌱🙏

Our talented young designers showcased their creativity and eco-conscious spirit in an amazing fashion show featuring outfits made entirely from recycled materials! ♻️👗

From cardboard boxes to recycled bottles, the students wowed us with their innovative designs and bold statements about sustainability. It was a fun-filled day celebrating creativity, teamwork, and the importance of taking care of our planet. 🌍💚

We are incredibly proud to announce that our students have completed this year’s Math Olympiad competitions with outstanding results! 🌟 Competing against some of the best young minds at prestigious institutions like Raffles Institution, Hwa Chong Institution, and NUS High School of Math and Science, our students have achieved remarkable success, bringing home numerous awards. 🏅💪

Their passion, hard work, and determination have truly shone through in these highly challenging competitions, and we couldn't be prouder of their accomplishments. 🙌

🌟 Purple@PCPS: Celebrating Abilities & Promoting Inclusion! 💜🌟

On the 10th and 11th of October, PCPS came together for an unforgettable event, Purple@PCPS, with a mission to raise awareness and promote inclusion for differently-abled individuals, while supporting mental well-being. 💓

Students engaged in activities like "Walk in My Shoes," "Sensory Exploration," "Different but Not Less," and "Thinking of Others," fostering empathy and understanding for those with diverse needs. A huge thank you to our PCPS Parent Support Group, students from Primary 6/6, Special Educational Needs Officers, School Counsellors, and Teachers for making this event possible! 🙌

Our Head Prefect, Larissa Lim, led the school in reciting the Purple Parade Pledge during assembly, encouraging everyone to celebrate the abilities of differently-abled individuals and promote inclusion. 👏

🌿✨As part of the refreshed Character and Citizenship Education curriculum, all our Primary 1 students embarked on a special cohort Learning Journey to the vibrant Toa Payoh Lorong 7 market! 🏘️🌻

This hands-on experience gave our little explorers the chance to engage with their surroundings in a safe and nurturing environment. 🌱👧👦 By using their senses of sight, smell, touch, and hearing 👀👃✋👂, they are developing a lively curiosity about the world around them. 🌍✨

This year’s theme, *Uniquely You*, celebrates the beauty in every child’s individuality. 🌟 Each one of our students is special in their own unique way, and we could not be prouder!

The day was filled with excitement as students enjoyed a wide array of fun activities and delicious snacks. From thrilling booth and relay games to creating beautiful handicrafts, there was something for everyone! Our graduating cohort had a blast with a special Laser Tag session, showcasing fantastic teamwork and an unstoppable fighting spirit! 💥

The fun definitely did not stop there — our School Leaders, teachers, and parents took to the stage with entertaining performances, heartwarming songs, and a magical show that had everyone cheering at the top of their lungs! 🎤✨

Laughter and joy filled the air as students and teachers alike made unforgettable memories together. It was truly a day of exhilaration, smiles, and celebration. 🥳

《华语讲演培训班》是为学生提供华语口语技能训练而成立的。

课程着重培养学生的咬字发音、发声吐气的能力。

培训内容包括：汉语拼音、基本讲演技巧，以及儿歌与绕口令朗读。最终提升学生以华语讲演的信心和兴趣。

🌟双语传媒课程学习之旅 - 新加坡报业控，我们来了！！！🌟

蔡老师和李老师带领24名学生到新报业媒体的新闻中心，展开了一次充满收获的学习之旅。参与的同学不仅深入了解了新闻的制作流程，还亲身参与了视频剪辑，更有机会实地采访了专业的记者、摄影师和美术员，亲身体会媒体工作中的挑战与乐趣。

最令人兴奋的是，FM1003的DJ嘉怡和963好FM的DJ玮玮也特地与同学们分享了他们的工作经历，带领大家参观电台。同学们更有幸亲眼见证了DJ的现场广播！🙌

这次学习之旅不仅拓宽了同学们的视野，还让大家对媒体行业的辛勤付出与创造力有了更深的认识。大家既玩得开心，又学到了宝贵的知识！😊🎊🎉🤩

中秋节悄然而至，学校为大家准备了满满的欢乐活动，感谢每个人的热情参与！🎉🎨

自第三学期第九周起，学校就安排了灯笼彩绘、DIY贺卡、趣味涂色，还有冰皮月饼的亲手制作和美味品尝，给孩子们带来传统美食的惊喜体验！课间还特别设有布贴画、剪纸、猜灯谜、舞龙布偶等丰富多彩的文化小摊位，让孩子们在玩乐中感受中华文化的独特魅力。🐇🎈🌕

我们也迎来了Madrasah Irsyad Zuhri Al-Islamiah 的33位小朋友和我们四年级的华文班长一起了解中秋节的起源与制作冰皮月饼，大伙儿可说是收获满满！🥮

当然，少不了家长义工们的热心协助，才能让这个特别的节日更增添光彩，为孩子们创造了满满的美好回忆，传递团圆的温馨与喜悦。😍💖🥰

A day where students and their friends dive into a world of discovery together! Explore the magic of paper chromatography and watch colors dance on paper, unravel the mysteries of forces and electric circuits, and get up close with the biodiversity of insects and critters during recess! 🐜🔍

What an exciting adventure of learning and fun it has been — because learning science is more fun together! 🔬🎉

🎉🎉On 29 August 2024, PCPS came together to celebrate Staff Appreciation and Recognition Day and it was truly heartwarming! 💖 The bond between our staff and students was on full display, filling the day with joy, excitement, and laughter. 😄 The school buzzed with fun activities, creating an atmosphere of gratitude as we wrapped up the final week of Term 3.

Leading up to the event, our students enthusiastically voted 🗳️ in the PEI CHUN Awards, showing their appreciation for their teachers' dedication. They also penned heartfelt messages ✍️ to all the staff, adding a personal touch to the celebration.

A HUGE thank you to our amazing PSG for organising a thrilling Staff Extravaganza 🎊—what a memorable and fun experience it was! The concert, filled with stellar performances 🎶 by our talented pupils, wowed our teachers, while classroom activities like origami 📄, Pictionary 🎨, and games to learn more about our staff made the day extra special.

And let’s not forget the bonding games! 🎯 Specially organized by our awesome PE department, both teachers and students had a blast. 🌟

2024年7月22日 至 8月2日， 华文特选部主办了一年一度的主题书展活动。 活动由导读，游戏和书展三部分组成。

作家课间休息导读、阅读课老师导读、资深老师周会导读，让学生们体会到读书不仅可以在课堂、也可以在礼堂，甚至可以在食堂进行。 不同场合的故事导读，营造了浓厚的阅读氛围，把书本故事送到学生们的心里，引起他们的思考。

游戏活动，让学生把所读故事结果套在圈圈里；猜故事物品并画一画，增加了孩子们对所读故事情节的理解和记忆；学生们分享自己喜欢的故事，也锻炼了表达能力。
总之，本次书展是一次全新的尝试，引起了学生们浓厚的兴趣和积极参与。他们不仅频繁翻阅书籍，还积极购买书籍。

在此，我们要特别感谢家长义工们的辛勤付出，让活动可以顺利进行。 我们更要感谢所有参与的学生和教师。让我们期待下一次更加精彩的主题书展活动。
