In need of an extra punch in your workout sessions? We are opening Boxing Classes and Boxing Personal Training Sessions right here at Performance to give you the enhanced cardio and strength push that you need. Here's a tease of some of the things you can expect from the sessions: Shadow Boxing drills, Skipping, Conditioning Work, Partner Work, Pad work, Ladder drills and cool downs.
