We’re supported excited for our upcoming yoga teacher training program at The Hot Yoga Spot. Our next program starts up in September and we’d love to have you join us! We have a free informational session happening on August 1st.

This weekend I’ll be sending 12 new yoga teachers out into the world to share their knowledge with others! Proud of their growth and dedication.

After this weekend, I’ll have educated over 300 students. 😲 Surprised and excited to have just realized how many Styles Yoga graduates are out there today.

Congratulations to our new group of Restorative Yoga Training graduates!

We’re excited to welcome Sean Hodgkiss as an instructor for our 200-Hour program. Sean will be leading the anatomy portion of the training as well as meditations, yoga practices and workshops.

He is a graduate of Styles Yoga at both the 200hr and 500hr level and a talented member of the teaching team at The Hot Yoga Spot.

A fun day was had during our 200hr yoga training today! Lots of creativity with the Yama and Niyama presentations.
