Congratulations Ryan!
To allow time for proper planning of secession our department bylaws have us post for nominations for chief in September for the following year. Our nominations sheets have come down and it is with great pride we announce Ryan Trexler will take over as Chief 30 in 2025. Ryan has currently served as Deputy Chief 30-1 since 2019. Ryan’s leadership and experience in the emergency services field pull from serving his community as a Paramedic, member of Lehigh County Special Operations Division, Pennsylvania Urban Search and Rescue Company 3 team member and twenty-one years in the fire service. Ryan is a proven leader who through dedication, training, experience, and hard work, has earned the trust and respect of the entire department as he leads us into the next chapter of the Lower Macungie Fire Department.
