Creating and setting boundaries is extremely difficult; we often don't even realize we need them! Healthy boundaries are necessary for every relationship we have, including with our closest family, friends, and even ourselves. Although challenging, setting boundaries is one of the first steps in taking control over your mental health and your life in general! We can't always do it alone, call your /a therapist today!
It is important to know and remember that it is okay to not be okay! It is also okay (and encouraged) to ask for help. I am here and ready to support you! Reach out or refer to a friend today!
