I don’t have not one bad thing to say about the nurses and doctors at Holtz Children Hospital. They’re super sweet and very consistent in what they do. I don’t have to remind the nurses or show any of the nurses what to do and I absolutely love that. ❤️❤️❤️

Quick Update ❤️

Today Da’Nelia’s blood count dropped and now she needs a blood transfusion to help with oxygen & to prepare her body for surgery on Friday.

Since she was discharged In 2019 she always needed a boost for nutrition via gtube to help maintain her weight and a healthy diet. Although she eats by mouth her gtube assist with gaining enough water to be hydrated and to distribute medications. It was discontinued from her plan of care since it wasn’t needed. Now that she is hospitalized the goal is to push her to intake more nutrition and medications by mouth. This has been very difficult for Da’Nelia to do because her gtube was always an option in situations like this.

We are considering replacing her gtube which requires surgery along with her scheduled surgery Friday. 🥺🥺🥺

Please keep continue to keep Da’Nelia in your prayers. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

The infection levels are dropping tremendously🙏🏽

Her wound looks way better than before 🙏🏽

And all her lab work looks great this morning 🙏🏽

We just need her to get enough nutrition 🙏🏽

If this continues by Thursday she wouldn’t even need to do surgery. ❤️🙏🏽❤️ God is great !
