Midtown Quality of Life (MQL) is Midtown’s High-Rise/Mid-Rise community organization that seeks to enhance the quality of living for all residents in Midtown’s High-Rise/Mid-Rise District. MQL works with residents, various City departments, political leaders and other neighborhood associations to solve issues and hosts social events to bring neighbors together.
