This beautiful 59-year-old patient of mine is eight months post-op. I performed a Bespoke Facelift with fat grafting and a Central lip lift.
Her goal was to look refreshed and rejuvenated without looking like she had surgery. She was concerned with the definition and the “fallen appearance” of the cheeks, jawline, and . The Facelift enhanced and defined her neck and jawline. I added fat to accentuate her cheeks and nasal labial folds. Fat grafting also helps improve skin texture. This is due to the stem cells that are present in adipose tissue. The upper eyelid skin was resected to remove the excess drooping skin. This resulted in a more youthful appearance to the eyes. Finally, the central lip lift reduced the distance between her nose and upper lip, enhancing the overall shape of her Lips.
