Day 32 ✔️
Y’all I have officially completed over a month of drinking celery juice everyday and it has been a game changer for myself and my health! Here are a few things that I have noticed:
1. I still don’t like the taste of celery! 😂
2. I am definitely more hydrated! 💧
3. My body feels lighter in general! 💪🏾
4. I have noticed less bloating in my stomach! 👏🏾
5. My monthly cycle symptoms have improved by 80%! This right here made drinking it everyday BEYOND worth it! 💯
There are so many benefits to it and this will be a regular habit from now on! I would definitely recommend!

Had my first coaching session through ErinTheDPT LLC and it was so good! We talked about everything from advocating for yourself to writing a business plan and practicing self-care! God is good!
