"Treating People Better" has been central to Assisted Rehab's core mission. We are honored that our amazing partners think so too! Our focus is always the personal care of our patients, employees and partners. Shining our Friday spotlight on Sema Frager, PTA and Rehab Manager! Sema started working with Assisted Rehab, Inc. in 2010. She is enthusiastic about her long tenure here saying, "What I love most about working with A/R is the flexibility I have even as a manager. I have never had challenges being able to take off to care for a sick child or because I observe the Jewish holidays. I also love that I have been able to develop my skills, transitioning from a treating therapist, to a coordinator, and then to manager and even training several other managers to take on their own facilities! Geriatric rehab is so rewarding because we get to be a part of the numerous success stories centering around patients/residents who, through rehab, have regained their strength and independence after a life event or set back. Assisted Rehab is truly a fantastic, people-centered company!"
Richard Rigali engaging with staff over lunch at St. Elizabeth's Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at the Catholic Charities' Jenkins Campus. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and a good sense of humor are all key ingredients to building A/R's exceptional rehab teams!
