West Baltimore residents raise concerns about impact of proposed rail tunnel - Maryland Matters Amtrak and MARC officials told a community forum that a new tunnel planned to run under at least 10 majority-Black neighborhoods in West Baltimore will be deep enough to minimize harm to area homes.

The rain did not stop us from hosting our free workshop at Baltimore County Public Library's Woodlawn branch. We shared 10 helpful tips for nonprofits including opening a bank account, asking for help from experts and developing a mission, vision and a set of values.
We represented our client, Fell's Point Residents Association, in a recent case regarding the transfer of a liquor license. Baltimore Brew was present when the Liquor Board gave its ruling.
