Are you ready? Is your body ready? What if you get the virus? Are you prepared? Are you ready to fight back? Right now? Yes right now? To me NOW is defined as: NO OPPORTUNITY WASTED.

All of us should:
Live the way we need to live!
Do what you need to do.
Be what you need to be.
Fully commit to better health.
Fully commit to living!
Fully commit to living better!
Fully commit to fighting a potential virus

Or, we can just sit back and blame. Are you a blamer? Blaming solves nothing. Blaming is a waste of time. Blaming takes away valuable energy; energy we will need to live and survive a potential Covid 19 attack on us—for real! Remember, every minute that we have been given is crucial. We have been given 86,400 seconds every day. We have to take every second of every day and maximize them. We need to get our mind right. We need to get our bodies right. We need to be ready to fight back a potential virus or help others affected with it, with all of our heart, all of our mind, all of our spirit and all of our soul. We have to start now and continue to get in the best physical and mental health for the fight of our life! We need to be in Covid 19 shape. NOW!

Today and every day thereafter we need to hold our heads up high. We need to be proud. If we can envision it then we can accomplish it. Now is the time to wake up early. Now is the time to exercise. Now is the time to eat right. Now is the time to hydrate. Now is the time to clean. Now is the time to read and learn. Now is the time to laugh. Now is the time to cry. Now is the time........

Of course there are:
-Some who build and others who tear down.

-Some who pursue the infinite and others that settle for a life full of limitations.

-Some that make changes and others that complain that life is not the same.

-Some that help people grow and there are others but think your loss is their gain.

-Some that learn from misfortune while others are held down by it.

– Some who turn fear into opportunity and others who fear the unknown.

– Some that never stop learning while others think they have all the answers.

– Some that do and others that watch.

-Some who give and others who take.

-Some that see an opportunity and others that see an obligation.

– Some who work towards the possibility of excellence and others that run from the possibility of defeat.

-Some who fall and get back up while others stay where they are so that they never have to worry about leaving their feet.

-Some that embrace the elements while others who take shelter.

– Some that search, seek and discover while others who want to be told what to do.

–Some who perform while others just spectate.

– Some that always persist while others stop.

– Some that make the most out of every single day, while others watch the very same day go by.

Who are we? What do we want to become? Should we just take the easy road or............. the road less traveled? Why? Why? Why, why, why.....?

My answer: Why not NOW!
