Reginald F. Lewis Scholars
The Reginald F. Lewis Scholars program is designed to enhance the educational experience for exemplary Black male students.
It is a three-year program focusing on three key areas—academics, social advancement and community service.

This morning, the Louisiana Assoc. of College & University Student Personnel Administrators recognized the Reginald F. Lewis Scholars as the recipients of the 2023 Program/Practice of the Year award. Cohort 2 Scholar Isaiah Crawford was also awarded the 2023 Student Leader of the Year. Congratulations to all our Scholars!
The Louisiana Association of College and University Student Personnel Administrators, or LACUSPA, is an organization dedicated to servicing higher education professionals, students, and associates in the State of Louisiana. Institutions in neighboring states and other regions of the United States are welcome to attend LACUSPA conferences.

Lewis Scholars and University of Louisiana at Lafayette received a $1 million National Science Foundation (NSF) grant funding a program to address the talent and diversity gap in the biotechonology workforce. This high-impact summer program, led by CGI will leverage the Scholars' successes.
