We hope you had fun at our Halloween bash last night! We had some great contestants in our costume contest and Eric (as the Ice King) walked away with the grand prize: our Starry Tailgate table. Reagan (as Killjoy) and Madison & Becky (as Han Solo and Chewbacca) took 2nd and 3rd place, respectively. Thank you to special guest judges, AJ, Joel & Liz (from The Comenian ). Our Moravian Dining team even got in on the fun!

We're coming to the end of October Waste Less Month!
📌 Tomorrow, we'll share statistics from our Weigh the Waste event to show you how much food we threw away in The Star last Wednesday.
🤔 Consider in your everyday life how you can be less wasteful of food. Is it changing your behaviors, i.e. requesting smaller serving sizes? Is it doing a better job eating leftovers? Is it making a commitment to use food you've bought before it goes bad?
🥪 We hope this series has been educational. For more ways you can help fight food waste on campus, connect with the Food Recovery Network, or Eco Club to participate in Sustainability initiatives.
