Meet Ariel she is one of our Crisis Response Clinicians here at Rimrock. She has been working here since the start of the Crisis Response Unit. She is passionate about the need for mental health first response and providing hope for individuals who are experiencing a mental health emergency. She has seen a disparity of services for these types of emergency calls, and believe it is so important to have the appropriate level of intervention along with follow up services. Rimrock provides many avenues of resources for the individuals we respond to, which makes it a great inter-agency support team. She also genuinely sees a lot of heart and soul in the Rimrock staff as we all work together to help our clients.

Meet Kayle she is a therapist here at Rimrock because she loves creating a space for people to embrace and love the parts of themselves, they've thought most unlovable and to let go of what no longer serves them so they may become the best version of themselves. Many of our problems start to fix themselves once we learn to truly love ourselves.
She feels that Rimrock serves a population that has seen some of the darkest parts of the world and is passionate about trying to be their light until they are able find their own. She loves working with and being a part of the multidisciplinary team through all of the services Rimrock has to offer our clients. Rimrock provides many opportunities for her to grow her own light as a therapist so that she may continue to better serve others.
She enjoys getting out in nature whenever she can, whether is strolling by the river or hiking in the mountains. She reads A LOT. She also does her own hard work and deep dives, practicing what she preaches.

To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month, Rimrock is introducing our Mental Health Clinicians!

Please meet Angie Fischer. She is a Licensed Addiction Counselor, Social Worker Licensed Candidate, and a certified Parent Child Interactive Therapist. She has worked at Rimrock for over seven years and has been in recovery from mental health and addiction for 10 years. She started at Rimrock because she has a compassionate heart and counseling transformed her life and now, she wants to pay it forward. She has two sons and a German Shepherd. She likes to go hiking with her dog, get massages, attend self-help meetings, and sponsorship.

Please meet Ashlyn Pratt. She is a Licensed Addiction Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She has worked at Rimrock for two years and she initially came to complete her internship and clinical requirements. Over the past two years she has grown to love our clients and that is why she stays at Rimrock. She stated, "The perseverance to improve their lives and regain control of their goal is inspirational and motivating. I am grateful for the opportunity to witness lives change because of the seeds we plant every day."

Aline is in recovery herself and she loves working in the recovery community. Helping others is part of what keeps her going. One of her favorite things to tell clients is, “I’m not telling you it’s going to be easy; I’m telling you it’s going to be worth it!” Aline is enrolled at MUSB working toward a degree in Psychology. She has worked at Rimrock for one year as a Rehab Tech and is currently in training as an Inpatient Care Coordinator. She loves pottery, being outdoors, hula hooping, comedy, and reading, and is super excited to become a first-time mom, coming soon in June!
