Betrayal isn’t limited to infidelity. Any action that breaks the contract of mutual trust, respect, and protection in a committed relationship can be equally damaging.
The good news is that these betrayals can be overcome. By recognizing the issue and working together to repair the relationship, couples can rebuild trust. Curious to dive deeper? Read our detailed blog post on this topic: https://bit.ly/4fhGIRy
If you're struggling to label your emotions, pause and take a moment for Friday reflection. Clear your mind, find a word that resonates, and feel your body relax. Start with these examples.
Daily stress can make it hard to connect with your emotions, leading to outbursts that harm relationships. For more, check out our blog post on turning feelings into words: https://bit.ly/4feossj

Practice love to receive love!
In life, we often carry the weight of past pain, but true growth comes when we choose to focus on our hopes instead. ✨
It’s not about ignoring what we've been through, but about letting our dreams guide us rather than our wounds. ✨
Every setback is an opportunity to build something better. Keep your eyes on the horizon, where your future is bright, full of possibilities, and defined by your aspirations, not your scars. 💪✨
Just like a car needs regular maintenance to run smoothly, your relationship requires ongoing effort in communication. Without it, even the strongest connections can deteriorate over time.
Keep your bond strong and thriving by investing in meaningful conversations. How do you prioritize communication in your relationship?
A reminder if you are in a tough place in your life right now! ⛅️
🌤 If you're in a tough place right now, remember that change is certain. The feelings or mood you're experiencing will eventually pass.
🌤 You deserve good things, and they are on their way. Believe that this difficult time will pass and that there's more good waiting for you in the future.
Few things can make us go crazy like our intimate relationships can.
What you do today can improve all your tomorrow. So what are you choosing to do? 💭

You’re not too sensitive. You’re appropriately sensitive given your experiences in life. The work isn’t to become less sensitive…the work is to learn to better help yourself in your painful places, and ask for help from people who love you, so that you don’t have to be alone with your pain via self-abandonment or lack of support from others. This is how strength and resilience builds. My job as a couples therapist is to help couples learn to help each other in their darkest places, so that they don’t fear those places so much….and then in the process they go there less often to begin with. Win-win.❤️
I never knew there was a word that so fully encompassed what I practice (and encourage my clients and friends to do) until today!
Let's talk about the power of embracing our emotions. It's okay to not be okay all the time. Life isn't always sunshine and rainbows, and that's perfectly normal 🌧️
⛅️ Emotions are a natural part of the human experience, and acknowledging them allows us to process and grow from our experiences. So, let's give ourselves permission to feel our feelings without judgment or guilt. Remember, it's okay not to be okay sometimes. Your emotions are valid, and so are you. 💖
Affirm: There’s always something beautiful to be experienced wherever you are. Right now, look around you and select beauty as your focus.

Interesting, I asked for guidance this morning.
What came through?
“Review and follow the four agreements “
Perhaps you needed to hear this as well today?
It is a great instruction manual for life. Why make it more complicated that?
The Four Agreements from Don Miguel Ruiz’s book are: Be Impeccable With Your Word, Don’t Take Anything Personally, Don’t Make Assumptions, and Always Do Your Best.
If you feel like you’re struggling and there’s no way out, it’s important to remember that help is always available.
