JARC Board of Directors Appoints Adam Jahnke as President and Chairman of the Board - DBusiness Magazine JARC, a Bloomfield Hills-based nonprofit that serves individuals with developmental disabilities, has appointed of Adam Jahnke as its president and chairman of the board of directors, and will serve a two-year term.

Celebrating freedom, resilience, and the power of unity. Happy Juneteenth, where we honor the richness of diverse voices of our persons served, employees, supporters and vendors. We remember the past, celebrate the present, and keep striving for a more inclusive future.

Last week, JARC enjoyed an ice cream social generously hosted by the Elkus Family. The beautiful weather, games, music, ice cream, and friends made for a memorable event. Thank you, Elkus Family!

Carnival for people with developmental disabilities returns to Metro Detroit The second annual carnival for individuals with developmental disabilities and sensory sensitivities happened in Farmington Hills over the weekend.

Yesterday was an Evening with the Symphony sponsored by the Ellen Labes (z”l) Festival Series. Everyone enjoyed dinner and a beautiful concert performed by members of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Thank you to the family of Ellen Labes (z”l), for an unforgettable night. ❤
