ART of Leadership for Families

In October, Temple Israel reserved 240 seats in its Sanctuary to represent each of the hostages taken on October 7 by Hamas.

Over the last four days, several dozen hostages have been released back to Israel. To reflect this, Temple Israel has updated the placards representing each hostage who has been returned home.

Art of Leadership is excited to facilitate our workshop, The Language of Leadership: Transforming Complaint to Commitment, at the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber Professional Edge series on Wednesday, August 2nd, from 8:00 - 9:30 am.

The session will enable participants to reveal the commitments that lie behind complaints and teach them how to use that knowledge as a powerful leadership tool. Participants will learn how to identify their leadership styles, choose the most effective approach to overcome obstacles (with themselves and others!) and be skilled in leading even the most entrenched “complainers” to identify and accomplish goals.
