WP TOV particpants learned a lot of valuable information during Demystifying Perimenopause & Menopause with Dr. Carrie Leff. Several volunteers also helped pack 200 Dignity Grows tote bags to distribue to Lighthouse clients in need!

A full bus of women joined us for the WP Civil Rights Journey this past weekend, taking a meaningful journey learning about the Civil Rights movement in Atlanta, Montgomery, Birmingham and Selma.
Join TOV and Tamarack Camps for a creative and confidence-building evening out for parents and tweens. We'll hear from Dr. Lisa Klein, pediatrician at Child Health Associates and founder of Turning Teen. We'll also be stringing up some inspiring bracelets with Robyn Heicklen of Bracha's Beads, assisted by her son Daniel (check her out on Instagram .beads). You'll leave with wearable reminders of how awesome you are, and with some new tools and techniques for talking through topics about body image and body confidence.
