The youth in our community need support and we need your help with this.
Every two years we ask people like you, to take a brief survey that provides us with important information regarding parental and adult community member opinions and attitudes regarding underage substance use and mental health issues in our community.
Your answers to this survey will be used to help us design initiatives and programs to support the community.
This survey is anonymous, and all of the responses will be aggregated.
This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

The YAB...
The Youth Action Board (YAB) is an inclusive, dynamic and diverse group of teen volunteers from 11 public and private high schools in the Birmingham and Bloomfield Hills community that bring about positive change for their peers. They work hard to support the BBCC’s mission and to bring its vital prevention programs to their schools and community with a relatable teen point of view and focus. The YAB also provides a positive voice and presence in the broader community on issues important to teens with a focus on substance abuse prevention, health and wellness.
