This "Blazing Star" ice cream concoction from Planted_Bloomington was SO incredible! The ice cream was made with coconut base & plant based other ingredients. Yum! 😋

Go deeper into healing and relaxation in the cave while breathing the salt infused air with these events lead by Mervyn Alphonse Gong Bath kundalini master and Katie Arnold Reiki master.

It is my greatest joy to do this work! I love creating spaces for grounding, ease, clearing & healing for my clients. I am so grateful for their kind hearts and sweet energy and the opportunity to invite in more love & wellness together. 🙏💗

I'll be at the Cave again September 1st @ 4pm offering Reiki Energy Healing. There are 4 spots available. I love doing this work and helping others right where they are with what they need to care for themselves! 🤍

My sweet client this morning drew this loving reminder from spirit in our session together today.

ASK YOUR SOUL 💗✨

She was compassionately reminded to release the need to control the outcomes she is awaiting. To show up for her life but to let the cards fall as they say.

She was given clarity through her Reiki Healing today that letting go of the need to understand all of the beautiful transitions she is going through is where her true power is.

What are times you can think of in life where you were asked to release your need to understand it all & called to accept that the universe/god has a divine plan that is always guiding you to the greatest good for all involved?

Did you notice how the letting go allowed for more love & strength to be recognized within you?
