Also, : Gary Zukov’s book The Seat of the Soul is what inspired me to finally “take the leap” and study massage so I could leave less fulfilling jobs and enjoy my livelihood. This happened while reading the book on Labor Day while I was lounging at beach in Manasquan NJ, 2002. 💟

How lovely it was in my this past weekend. I am so grateful for this process of awareness that connects both my inner reality to that of my outter and back again… It is like a breath of awareness.

Sacred Space filled with Ritual, Magick, Reverence, Reiki, Contemplation, Meditation, Angels, Gods, Goddesses and Prayer..

The Invisibles as would say. (I still miss you Antonio 🥹❤️)

To be able to breathe and connect in this way with the Universe outside of me, from within the place it resides within me, has been a comfort and guiding light for decades.

Lately it has taken on such greater depths and expansion through my most recent awakening post-brain surgery and a relationship Tower experience that followed soon after. The healing process has been intense, but this cocreative relationship and process of intention inspires me so.

In it, I began making handmade beeswax candles, infused with essential oil potions and divine spells paired with the moon/life phase I am in. The candles are later charged with sigils and candle dressings to infuse greater magick into my ritualized intentions.

It brings me great joy to create my candles. Which adds such depth to the meditative process of scrying with the flame, illuminating my way.

This full moon worked me hard. But I worked with her just as much. All day long yesterday to be exact. I slept deeply and awoke feeling such restoration.

I’ve still got some healing to do (all•ways) but I am confident that with the universe, the moon, my magick, candles and 👁️ … we’ll get there! 🙏🏼

I remember my mom buying Easter Lilies for my Grandma once when I was a teenager. When I asked her about it she said, “Oh yes, I buy Easter Lilies for Grandma every year.”

From that moment forward, I loved being witness to it. My mom did buy my Grandma lilies every year.

This year Easter falls on what would’ve been my Grandma Hazel’s birthday. April 17th is a favorite every year!

I’m positive that they are rejoicing together in the ascended plane. In an act of devotion today, I am choosing to honor myself and see myself through the eyes of their love, the love they gave me, and the eternal prayers that they whispered or held in their hearts that have shaped me and guided me into the becoming the woman and matriarch that I am today.

And, continuing the tradition of buying myself Easter Lilies every year!

I also want to celebrate my friends that keep me in the heart’s mystery… the card pictured was from one of those friends who knew I was in a grief process earlier this week. Her kindness shifted my trajectory and I am so grateful.

This is my first Easter, and soon to be first Mother’s Day, without my mom here.

Yet, when I think of the challenges that life and death have given me over the passed year, and who I am today, I am in awe of the alchemical process that living and healing through grief can be.

For anyone else that is missing someone today, my heart is with yours. Be where you ‘are’ and know the sunny side of the street might be just around the bend.

All in all, death and life, the infinite process of rebirth… is a wondrous gift to experience, isn’t it.
