We decided to push back our next Mothering Matters group until we get through the slick roads and winter bugs. Our next group will start on February 26, 2024 and will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 930am-noon. If you would benefit from extra support after welcoming your baby, we'd love to have you. I so enjoyed our time in Baby and Me today as we talked about the little things we can do to help relieve stress. When we are undergoing big life changes, such as having a baby, we can't always make big, sweeping changes. But we can spend time with a friend, throw food in a crockpot so our evening routine is easier, and catch a few minutes to talk with our partner about something other than parenting. Give yourself credit for the little things you do.
