It takes a village to raise a mezcal. Our featured snoot, the Del Maguey Chichicapa Single-Village Mezcal, uses hand-picked Espadin agave, twice distilled in antique wood-fire copper in the low hills of the San Baltazar Chichicapa village.

Look for overtones of sweet roasted agave, toasted corn, dried fruit, sweet almond and notes of chocolate and mint.
