We have had a homeless man sleeping outside our apartment for a week. When the officer pulled up yesterday, I assumed he was asking the man to move along. Instead, he gave him a big bag of food and water and offered him a ride to the shelter. He spoke to the man with dignity and kindness. It really touched my heart. Please thank this special officer for showing compassion to those most in need!
