Congratulations to Bro Eric and Sister Marchele on the renewal of their wedding vows this past Saturday. It was a lovely service in celebration of their 25 years of marriage. We pray the Lord’s blessings on them and wishes for many more years together!

Congratulations to Bro. Eric & Sister Marchele on their 25th wedding anniversary! They will be renewing their vows tomorrow at the church at 1:00 pm and a reception downstairs will follow. Hope you can join us for this milestone!

Our Pastor's wife, Sandra Williams, is one amazing lady. She recently retired from UNUM Company after 45 years. Last Sunday, August 4, our church presented her with a gift certificate and a music box to honor her retirement.
Sister Sandra, never underestimate the difference you have made in peoples' lives at work and in our church.
Pastor Mike and Sister Sandra have pastored at Kelly's Ferry COG for 32 years.

In our walk with God it may take ridiculous to see the miraculous.

Thank you God for the freedom we have in America. Thank you for the freedom we can have thru Jesus Christ our Lord. Church family I wish you all a safe and happy 4th.

June 16 is Father’s Day.

Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise; that it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

Once a Pastor was preaching about holiness inside AND out. A brother interrupted the Pastor and asked this question: " When you eat a banana, what do you eat? The inside? Or the outside?"

The Pastor answered him, "the inside." The brother responded back to him, "so God is more concerned with what is on the inside (the heart) than what is on the outside (appearance).

The Pastor immediately received a word from God and asked the brother this question, "when you go to buy bananas, what do you notice first? The inside? Or the outside?"

The brother said, "the outside."
The Pastor replied, "because Holiness IS inside AND out. Having a clean heart is important. But dressing as children of God is also important. "

We had a blessed day at church today! Congratulations to Sister Charlotte for our oldest mother, Sister Madison our youngest mother and Sister Andrea for the mother with the most children present at church. We love all of our mothers.

Another wonderful saint of God has made it home. Bro. Arlen made his destination on Monday and joined Sis. Dorris. They are rejoicing in heaven. We are certainly going to miss him at Kelly’s Ferry. Please be in prayer for his family.
