One of our long-time elders, Wayne Locke, went on to receive his reward Friday night. He was blessed to be surrounded by the love and support of his family. Wayne served the Lord diligently and faithfully. His passion for Christ and others will be greatly missed. He was a wonderful example of what it means to be a Christian husband, father, leader, and elder. He is now a part of our great cloud of witnesses.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 16th from 4pm-8pm at Heritage Funeral Home in Fort Oglethorpe. Funeral service will be Wednesday, July 17th at 11 am at the funeral home chapel.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. at the St. Elmo Church of Christ 4713 St. Elmo Ave. Chattanooga, TN with Minister Tim Nelsen officiating. Burial will follow at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at St. Elmo Church of Christ.

Our sweet sister, Polly Smith, has received her heavenly reward. While we are sad, we also rejoice that she no longer has the sufferings of this life. Please keep the Smith family in your prayers. Arrangements will be announced when they become available.
