The transformation of this Fortune 500, global consumer product company is night and day, as the 75,000-square-foot campus went from outdated and uncomfortable to bright, beautiful, and inspiring. We explored the old building and all it’s possibilities from top to bottom, landing on a design concept that emphasized hospitality, collaboration, and innovation.

Osos were on site last week at this New England hotel that’s entering its final stages. At the heart of the hotel is a 15-foot art installation, set inside a lushly landscaped atrium with a glass ceiling that floods the space with natural light. The massive space features a re-envisioned bar and activated lounge space with a custom designed perimeter banquette seating. Every detail of this space is slowly but surely coming to life. ✨

The before and after views of Bentwood Tavern at are night and day, as we transformed the nautically-inspired design into a moody and intimate dining experience. This space is particularly close to our hearts, having celebrated personal and professional milestones here over the years. We’re settling into our expanded studio space in Chicago, and couldn’t be happier with the Bear Den. It’s a perfect backdrop for all the exciting projects we’re working on and the best space to collaborate together – the views of the city aren’t too bad, either. 🫶🏙️

Within the existing steel atrium structure at Cindy’s Rooftop, the refreshed look and feel was driven by its expansive views of Lake Michigan. Emphasizing the stunning architectural details already in place, we layered in lakehouse-inspired elements throughout. Wood paneling, woven fabrics in striped patterns, upholstered bar stools, and a new back bar that displays a model yacht collector’s dream – all of this brings about a feeling of being happily lost in the beauty of Lake Michigan. On the 13th floor of the Chicago Athletic Association, Cindy’s rooftop is one of those iconic Chicago spots, known by guests and locals alike for its delicious cocktails and sweeping views of Lake Michigan. We were tasked with refreshing the guest experience, creating operational flexibility within the stunning glass atrium. The restaurant’s namesake is the esteemed Cindy Pritzker, matriarch of the Pritzker family and dedicated philanthropist in Chicago. For decades, Lake Michigan was a source of joy for the Prtizker family. It’s from this place of comfort and happiness that we worked, providing fresh finishes and new furniture that help tell the story of this unforgettable lake house in the sky.

The design for Marina Grand Resort is inspired by European waterfront living and extrapolated in warm interiors, soft neutrals, and Scandanaian-style details that reflect the ease of life on the water. Reminiscent of a lakehouse kitchen, the lobby cafe is the perfect place to grab a coffee or glass of wine before braving the waters outside. Here, we designed a custom island with detailing that nods to nautical flags and oceanic symbology, paying homage to the resort’s context: harbor-side on Lake Michigan.

After, during, and before – the transformation of Marina Grand Resort was completed this spring. Re-envisioning this beloved lakeside property with our clients, we set out to elevate the hotel as a more holistic resort experience, full of expanded amenities and fantastic food and beverage offerings. The space makes an incredible first impression, welcoming guests into the living room with enveloping warmth and an atmosphere so comforting that they may never want to leave. (Photos by )

The box-walk phase of a project is always incredibly exciting – it’s when the space starts to take shape, and we can really imagine what the end product and guest experience will be. Last week in Seattle we had a great site visit with our partners at , , and .villages to check on the progress of Hotel Westland at .seattle. There’s still lots of work to be done, but every milestone is one step closer to the finish line: an exceptional, unique hotel offering in Pioneer Square.

Designing for poetry & pragmatism means creating a space that works as hard as its driving ethos – beautiful enough to inspire an entire design team, and practical enough to support their daily needs. While designing this corporate headquarters, we were reminded that hospitality is everywhere: from the team kitchen and design theater to each intimate, individual workspace. We envision a space that shines a spotlight on the forward-thinking creativity of this world-class team as it was yesterday, today, and far into the future.

There's something special about dreaming up a workplace for creatives and innovators. In this Fortune 200, global consumer product company, unparalleled innovation is deeply intrinsic. We eagerly dove in, designing a space that shines a spotlight on this team's top-notch craftsmanship and human-centered thinking. From the first step inside, guests are greeted with a wash of natural finishes, timeless mid-century modern furniture, and regionally crafted art - all bathed in the modest Midwestern sunlight.

In this East Coast hotel, our designers dreamed of extending the lush, vibrant vegetation of the atrium experience into each corner of the property. Material palettes and finishes were selected to help do just that, with custom flora-inspired patterns, deep greens, and rich earth tones permeating every space.

Designing a hotel in one of the oldest settled towns in the country is just the kind of challenge we love to take on – one full of history, story, and character. This structure was originally built for Condé Naste, serving as the company's sprawling headquarters for decades before it was redeveloped as a hotel. Today, we're reimagining the space, transforming the property into a fresh hospitality experience with hat tips and nods to its iconic origins. From the English-style architecture and hidden drawing room to the lush, plant-filled atrium where guests can dine under the stars – we can't wait to see every detail of this rich story and renovation come to life.

We highly, ✨ highly ✨ recommend a stop in to experience an elevated level of relaxation.
