Down 25 lbs, 5% body, and over 15 inches!

The journey to a healthier self is like a roller coaster ๐ŸŽข โ€ฆ it has itโ€™s ups โฌ†๏ธ and downs โฌ‡๏ธ .

We can see weight gain from the outside, but we usually can't see what it's doing on the inside.

Look at the fat (white) surrounding the organs ๐Ÿซ in the woman on the left. Do you also see the fat around her heart ๐Ÿซ€and around her brain ๐Ÿง ? A little scary, isn't it? ๐Ÿ˜จ

Look at the compression around the stomach and internal organs. Do you think that would have any impact on GERD and indigestion? ๐Ÿค”

Look at the compressed knee joints ๐Ÿฆต. Do you think those joints ache a little more than they should?

3 Ways to GET MORE from Your Workout ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘Ÿ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ
Use these tips to bring your routine to the next level:

1) ๐—•๐—˜ ๐—จ๐—ก๐—ฆ๐—ง๐—”๐—•๐—Ÿ๐—˜ -- Use your entire body, and target your core, by performing exercises that engage stabilizing muscles. To do this use an exercise ball, a balance board, a balance disk, or simply stand on one leg ๐Ÿฆต

2) ๐—”๐——๐—— ๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—ฆ๐—œ๐—ฆ๐—ง๐—”๐—ก๐—–๐—˜ -- The more resistance that you incorporate with your routine translates into higher intensity and more calories burned. Some ideas for adding resistance include: carrying dumbbells while doing lunges, wearing a weighted vest ๐Ÿฆบ while walking or jogging ๐Ÿƒโ€, or putting a weight between your feet ๐Ÿ‘ฃ while doing leg raises.

As someone once told me, think of people like ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ garbage trucks. They go around collecting crap from different people and things. If/When they dump on you, it might have โŒ nothing โŒto do with you at all. Try not to take it personal. Instead of getting upset ๐Ÿ˜ก, take a breath and offer them help. Assist them in clearing away ๐Ÿงน some of the garbage. They'll feel good ๐Ÿ˜Š and so will you ๐Ÿ˜Š
