Down 25 lbs, 5% body, and over 15 inches!

Then thereโs implementation day when the roller coaster๐ข starts the first dive. It might be scary and uncomfortable, but itโs a necessary part of the journey. This image shows a 250 lb woman on the left and a 120 lb woman on the right.
We can see weight gain from the outside, but we usually can't see what it's doing on the inside.
Look at the fat (white) surrounding the organs ๐ซ in the woman on the left. Do you also see the fat around her heart ๐ซand around her brain ๐ง ? A little scary, isn't it? ๐จ
Look at the compression around the stomach and internal organs. Do you think that would have any impact on GERD and indigestion? ๐ค
Look at the compressed knee joints ๐ฆต. Do you think those joints ache a little more than they should?
I know it can be hard to get healthy ๐๐ฅ, but isn't your life, your health, and you being comfortable in your own body (both inside and out) worth itโ

3 Ways to GET MORE from Your Workout ๐ช๐๐๏ธ
Use these tips to bring your routine to the next level:
1) ๐๐ ๐จ๐ก๐ฆ๐ง๐๐๐๐ -- Use your entire body, and target your core, by performing exercises that engage stabilizing muscles. To do this use an exercise ball, a balance board, a balance disk, or simply stand on one leg ๐ฆต
2) ๐๐๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐๐ฆ๐ง๐๐ก๐๐ -- The more resistance that you incorporate with your routine translates into higher intensity and more calories burned. Some ideas for adding resistance include: carrying dumbbells while doing lunges, wearing a weighted vest ๐ฆบ while walking or jogging ๐โ, or putting a weight between your feet ๐ฃ while doing leg raises.
3) ๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ก๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฉ๐๐๐ฆ -- Interval training โฒ๏ธ is an amazing tool for creating short yet effective workouts. Donโt worry, itโs not complicated. Interval training is simply alternating between different short๐ฅ bursts ๐ฅ of activity. Honestly, it's my favorite style ๐ I'm attaching a photo of my most recent interval session. Give it a try!

As someone once told me, think of people like ๐๏ธ garbage trucks. They go around collecting crap from different people and things. If/When they dump on you, it might have โ nothing โto do with you at all. Try not to take it personal. Instead of getting upset ๐ก, take a breath and offer them help. Assist them in clearing away ๐งน some of the garbage. They'll feel good ๐ and so will you ๐
