In this place, we’ve grown old together and we’ve made thousands of memories together. This place has cultivated a community of friends and people who have supported this gym, what we stand for, and the Team behind it for years. For the past 15 years, what we do has purpose. We coach and train because it allows us the opportunity to touch the lives of others, to have an impact on making people better, which goes beyond “fitness”. We are changing the game of how and why we train and shaping the next generation of athletes.
We coach because we’ve been given the gift of inspiring, supporting, and mentoring others to be fearless. We coach so we can also listen and learn from those who come through our doors everyday and who lean on us to be there for them.
We embrace athletes differences regardless of ability or gender because all athletes are equal.
We as a Team are still here 15 years later to elevate the human training experience because we care about long term health (mental and physical) and performance.
Thank you to everyone who’s been a part of the On Your Mark journey for the past decade+ and here’s to the years ahead and only getting stronger. We wouldn’t be here without you.

Hip mobility 101:
1. Get a dog
2. Hip 90/90 with and without movement
3. 1/2 kneeling push back (leg extended laterally)
4. 1/2 kneeling hip flexor (knee in front)
5. 1/2 kneeling hamstring (leg extended in front)
Repeat 2-3x, 10-12 repetitions- focus on breathing.

We are not here to bore you with the same old song and dance, “new year, new you” crap. I’m here to remind you of a couple things.
1. We are now entering the 3rd year of a global pandemic that has changed our lives forever. A pandemic that continues to challenge our physical and mental health on a daily basis. So what do we need to do? We need to do better, that’s for sure. You deserve to be healthy, but you have to take the first step to make that happen. We are a vessel to guide you on your wellness journey, allow us to help, we got your back.

2. Fun levels need to be elevated. We have you covered on that front too. Your experience inside the gym needs to be safe, fun and make sense for the target 🎯 you have set forth for yourself. Again, we got your back, so…
