Hollins Fitness focuses on core and functional strength training using multiple methods i.e. Plyometrics, Weight Training, Speed & Agility Training, Boxing and Calisthenics. Also offering clients lifestyle suggestions to help maximize results.

Last Friday's Doctor's visit had me down 11.2 pounds. Weighed myself this morning. Down another 4.1. I knew something was different. My workout gear which is 2XL is starting to get baggy on me. My doctor wants me at 210/15. We compromised on 225. Cause naw. I haven't been 210 since I was 19 years old. I'm doing this because I've never seen anyone fair well with excessive weight on them whether muscle or fat into their mid 50s to 60s and I'm 48. "Jay you're a trainer you know what to do!" My doctor. He's right. I've been on my yo-yo s**t the past four years. So I'm just back on my super disciplined s**t diet wise. Being unhealthy is hard, being fit is hard. Choose 1. π€πΏπ―

2. Being fit is hard. Being sick is hard. Choose one.
3. Never make fun of an obese person who's in the gym. They're where they're supposed to be doing what they're supposed to do. If you were locked in you wouldn't be so focused on them. π―
4. I don't care if it's easy or hard, I don't care if I do feel like it or don't feel like it. It's necessary, that's my motivation. π―
