Most new and revised C.A.R. Standard Forms will be available on June 25th.

C.A.R. has postponed the release of some forms relating to practice changes under the NAR settlement pending the receipt of additional information, and C.A.R. will be releasing those additional forms and relevant forms education prior to August 17th.

PLEASE NOTE: C.A.R. continues to review feedback from members and others in the industry. We understand that some MLSs may implement rules changes in the near term, and that members must conform their agreements in regard to those changes. To support members’ compliance with MLS rules, C.A.R. determined that the forms modifying the terms of the listing and buyer representation agreements to conform to required practice changes, Forms DM-LA and DM-BR, will be released on schedule.
