What deadlift should you make a priority in your routine?

Barbell Deadlift - commonly known as the king of all lifts because of its ability to build total body mass and strength. Everyone peeks at what you put on the bar, so don't go light ๐Ÿ‘€

SL RDresults! Rdl is one route to a better backside, but the sl rdl also improves the function of the hip, positively impacts bilateral strength, increases hamstring mobility, and improves balance.

Trap bar Deadlift - essentially a squat and a deadlift combined, the trap bar is one of the best best exercises for improving athletic performance. Power is the lifeblood of successful athletes and, when programmed properly, will deliver explosive results!
