GOLFER INFORMATION:
- Follow signs for parking in the Upper Lot.
- Stop at the BOMA registration table first.
- Everyone must sign a waiver prior to receiving a cart and proceeding to the course.
- At registration, golfers will receive their starting hole number, a golf gift and lunch token.
- Lunch at the Turn will be available for golfers at the Clubhouse Grill from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Redeem at Clubhouse using the Blue Lunch Token picked up at registration.
- Sponsored beverage carts will drive the course throughout the event.
- Safari is a cashless venue. While many hole sponsors are sponsoring food and drink, please bring a card for any additional food or beverage purchases.

DAY 3: Our BOMA Columbus - Building Owners and Managers Assoc. crew was on the move today in Philadelphia, PA at the annual BOMA International summer conference and trade show.
Monday was another super busy day! The “Women in CRE” breakfast was this morning. Followed by a BAE session that Allison McClure attended, where they discussed local recognition programs, local governance, and the new micro credential courses being released for professional education. The team attended TONS of educational programming throughout the day and Bonnie Henry & Brenda Ochoa took a local behind the scenes building tour of a downtown high-rise. The group walked the trade show floor networking and scoring some pretty cool free swag from the vendors.
At the end of a busy day, the team unwound attended the Georgia-Pacific GP Pro cocktail party thanks to our good friends at GP Pro (John Achevich). Afterwards they wrapped up the evening with a yacht club dinner party hosted by our vendor partners, ABM Industries and HD Supply.

A group of BOMA Columbus - Building Owners and Managers Assoc. Property Managers, Board Members, and Vendor Partners are in Philadelphia, PA attending the Annual BOMA International Summer Conference & Trade Show this week!!
Saturday: The team got checked in and picked up badges. Majority of the team attended different committee meetings including membership development, awards and recognition, and emerging professionals. SERVPRO of Northeast Columbus and Oberson's Nursery & Landscapes LLC A Visterra Landscape Group Company sponsored a wonderful dinner at The Dandelion restaurant in Philly.
Sunday: They attended the BOMA North Central region breakfast and our regional meeting. Bonnie Henry serves as secretary/treasurer for our region, and presented on current updates that impact the region. Next, they attended the Board of Governors meeting where they heard Bob Six (current chair) speak. Then it was off to lots of educational sessions and touring the trade show floor networking. Local BOMA Columbus Reps from Scioto Services (Sara Davis) and Visterra Landscape Group worked their parent company booths. Everyone wrapped up the day by attended the welcome party and dinner this evening.

Our BOMA Columbus - Building Owners and Managers Assoc. Awards & Recognition committee Board Liaison, Holly Fuller, CPM and committee member Matthew Gleim with Gbrands hosted a lunch & learn presentation yesterday afternoon with our friends at Cushman & Wakefield. 🏆
In our 1-hour long presentation we discussed the three (3) different certifications, designations, and awards that can be obtained for their teams, property management firms, and buildings, which include:
- BOMA 360 certification
- TOBY Awards competition
- BOMA Best certification
We also covered the 2024 newly created twelve (12) “Building Excellence” Awards and the two (2) new chapter awards. All in an effort to celebrate our daily wins and achievements in how our buildings and properties are managed by our teams and vendor partners!!
Award winners will be announced and trophies presented in December at our annual year-end gala dinner event.
