We need your support! In recent months, our organization has dedicated significant effort to alleviating hunger among school-aged children in the rural areas surrounding Monrovia. This initiative, which spans ten months, focuses on tackling the pressing problem of child hunger that negatively impacts both health and education for disadvantaged youth. As you might know, although Liberia enjoys favorable growing conditions and fertile soils, the nation has long battled food insecurity stemming from profound poverty and persistent inefficiencies within its agricultural framework. According to the latest comprehensive food security assessment, around 18% of households in Liberia were classified as moderately to severely food insecure. Few weeks ago, our organization gained acceptance onto one of the largest global donation platforms, and we kindly request your support in bringing this vision for Liberia's children to life.

Our project is designed to ensure that schoolchildren receive daily meals, providing them with the essential nutrition required for academic success and healthy development into adulthood. By partnering with local schools, communities, and donors, we aim to supply meals to two thousand students across 14 schools in ten slum and rural areas throughout Liberia.

Our team plans and serves a variety of meals including rice, beans, fish, chicken, cream of wheat, bread, and milk according to a weekly schedule. These thoughtfully arranged meals are vital for the well-being of children aged 5 to 15. Investing in the nutrition of elementary-aged children enables them to unlock their potential and become contributing members of society. We have been Fully Vetted as a Trusted Organization Working on school feeding programs that provide nutritional food to underprivileged children aged 3-15 in Liberia, West Africa.

October 7, 2024, announced that we have become an official nonprofit partner after completing its Pathway
program and undergoing an extensive vetting process.

Yesterday was amazing! We had a very successful launch of our upcoming feeding program for over 13 schools in and around Monrovia. We appreciate all the participating schools, invited guests, and our official launcher, Hon. Lyee K. Bility for his kind gesture in support of the children of Liberia. Food keeps African children in school🙏

Our team of volunteers successfully completed the assessment for the upcoming feeding program for school children on Friday. We conducted visits to more than 50 schools around Montserrado, which are currently under review by our board of directors to select the schools that meet our program criteria. We are grateful for the hard work of our volunteers and look forward to informing the selected schools about the program, which will be officially launched in October.
