Our FIT FOR SERVICE program is dedicated to FIRST RESPONDERS AND MILITARY trying to enhance athletic ability and decrease potential for injury through workouts based on the most current strength and conditioning that are safe and effective.

Whether you are a student, a veteran, or first responder, FIT FOR SERVICE can help you to raise your level of performance and achieve your athletic goals.

Our program design is a 9 week program with team trainings twice a week along with weekly check-ins, leadership development skills and mental performance to make sure you are fully capable for your profession and to get you home safe!
