Get playful with your snacks with this easy and delicious Sweet Potato Toast recipe. ๐
You can top it with nut butter, chia seeds, fresh fruit, or avocado. ๐ ๐ซ ๐ฅ
Ingredients:
-1 large sweet potato
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
Slice one large sweet potato lengthwise into four 1/4 inch "toast" slices.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Top with your favorite "toast" toppings (not included in nutrition facts). Some examples are nut butter, chia seeds and fresh fruit, or egg whites, avocado, sliced radish and salsa, or sliced tomatoes, fresh basil and balsamic drizzle.
Alternate cooking method: Place the sweet potato slices in a toaster on high for about 5 minutes or until cooked through. You may need to toast multiple times depending on the length of your toaster settings.

Ingredients:
-1 large head fresh cauliflower
-1 cup chicken bone broth (240 ml)
-2 cloves garlic crushed
-2 oz heavy whipping cream
-1/2 tbsp butter
-salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Instructions:
In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower head into small rice sized pieces
Pour 1 cup bone broth into saucepan and the riced cauliflower
Add crushed garlic
Allow to cook for 20 minutes in saucepan until soft
Add cooked cauliflower back to the food processor to whip
Incorporate two ounces of heavy whipping cream and ยฝ tbsp butter
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Enjoy!

This healthy ๐ฅ avocado tuna salad recipe is easy and also incredibly delicious! You only need 5 ingredients to make this avocado tuna salad and it is ready in just 10 minutes!
Bonus: it is delicious on top of a salad, bread, rice cake, or use to stuff a pepper.
Ingredients:
-1/2 avocado
-1/2 tbsp lemon juice
-1 tbsp red onion
-1 tbsp celery chopped finely
-1 can solid white tuna
-dash salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Scoop out the flesh of ยฝ an avocado and place in a bowl
Add chopped onion, celery, lemon juice (about ยฝ tbsp), and seasonings and mix well
Drain tuna, add to bowl, and mix again
Place on Ezekiel bread, on top of a salad, or use to stuff a pepper
Optional: add other veggies (carrots, cucumber, peppers)
Enjoy!

Did you know that Kale is loaded with Vitamin K, A and C and it's a great source of magnesium!? Try this vitamin-packed recipe!
Ingredients:
-4 cups raw kale
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 clove chopped garlic
-1 10oz Can Rotel, drained original or hot
-1-2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
Heat pan on low-medium heat with olive oil.
Place kale in pan and cook down for 5-10 minutes.
Add Garlic and cook 1-2 minutes.
Add Rotel and stir until Kale is cooked down to your liking.
Finish by drizzling the balsamic vinegar over the top! Balsamic vinegar is very strong so start off small and add more as needed!
Recipe makes approximately four 1/2 cup servings.

Try this yummy & healthy alternative to traditional pasta bolognese. ๐
Ingredients:
-2 Tbsp olive oil
-1 12oz jar roasted red peppers coarsely chopped
-2 Tbsp Italian Parsley coarsely chopped
-2.5 Pounds Turkey or Chicken Sausage low sodium (hot or mild) REMOVE CASING
-1 12oz jar/can Artichoke hearts drained and diced
-1 8oz jar Sun-dried tomato pesto
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1 5oz container plain Greek yogurt
-4 oz Heavy whipping cream
-4-6 garlic cloves finely chopped
-2 Large tomatoes coarsely chopped
Instructions:
Remove sausage casing: Cut almost in half lengthwise (butterfly); turn sausage over and peel casing away.
Pre-heat large skillet with 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat and cook turkey sausage while breaking it apart. Drain excess grease and place meat back in pan.
Stir in garlic, peppers, tomatoes, pesto and artichokes. Cook approx. 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt and heavy whipping cream. Add the liquid mix to the pan and stir over low-medium heat for approx 3-4 minutes or until thickens. Stir in pepper and parsley!
Serve over Spaghetti Squash! (Optional) sprinkle shredded Parmesan over top.

Try this 4 ingredient Pecan Crusted Chicken Recipe, cook in the oven or air fryer!
Ingredients:
-2 pounds organic chicken breasts
-1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
-2 tbsp organic honey
-1 cup pecans
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey and mustard
Place pecans in food processer and pulse until the nuts are finely chopped
Pour chopped pecans in a large mixing bowl
Trim fat off chicken breasts
Remove any excess moisture from the chicken breasts with a paper towel
Coat chicken breast with mustard-honey mixture then place in the chopped pecan bowl
Coat the chicken breast with pecans
Place crusted chicken breasts in glass baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or internal temp of 165 degrees

Prep this hearty chili for only 15 minutes then let your crockpot do the rest of the work!
Ingredients:
-2 pounds 93% lean ground turkey
-2 packets chili seasoning
-1 whole red or orange bell pepper, diced
-1 whole jalapeno, minced (with seeds for heat)
-1/2 onion diced
-2 14oz cans diced tomatoes of your choice (we like fire roasted)
-2 cups water
-1-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp salt
-1 14oz can chili beans or red beans (rinse the beans from can with water)
Instructions:
In a large skillet, brown ground turkey until it is cooked. Strain grease. Place back in pan.
Add red or orange pepper, onion, jalapeno, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Place all ingredients from skillet into crockpot. Add canned tomatoes, water and chili seasoning. Stir well.
Cook in covered crockpot on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Approx 10 minutes before serving, add beans to mix.

Ingredients:
-2 pounds organic chicken breasts
-2/3 cup Stubb's BBQ sauce
-1/2 cup water
-1 tbsp brown sugar
-1/2 tsp chili powder
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Make rub by combining brown sugar, chili powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
Rub the seasoning mixture onto the trimmed chicken breasts and place into the crockpot
Pour Stubbโs BBQ sauce over the chicken breasts (cover both sides of the breast)
Add 1โ2 cup water to the crockpot
Cook on low for 6 hours
Shred with a fork
