Congratulations to the Texas Board of Legal Specialization's Board Certified Paralegal Program on its 30th Anniversary! Paralegals that hold the TBLS-BCP designation have met the rigorous standards and passed a comprehensive examination in their specialty area and have demonstrated a high level of experience and proficiency.
