The Iowa Civil Rights Commission is a neutral, fact-finding, administrative agency that enforces the Iowa Civil Rights Act of 1965, Iowa's anti-discrimination law. There is no charge to file a discrimination complaint with the Commission, nor an attorney required. People have 300 days from the last alleged discriminatory incident to file a complaint.
