- A dedicated Human Performance Team comprised of athletic trainers, physical therapists, and physical therapy assistants.

Cognitive Performance Specialist, Brittney, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Dave, and other members of the H2F team hosted week one of a professional leadership development workshop for Lieutenant Colonel Patti and the Lieutenants of 2-13 CAV.

During the week, the Lieutenants were taught effective communication skills and were given a chance to put them into practice through cognitive physical training.

The Lieutenants demonstrated learned mental skills to include active listening and assertive communication through various activities that required teamwork, commitment, and trust.

The goal of enhanced communication allows leaders to better inspire their Soldiers to be the best they can be!

The Bulldogs are putting in work to maintain our combat power! Keep it up 💪🏼

Command Policy #2: COL Latham’s Open Door Policy

If in need of using the Commanders open door policy, his office is located in the Command Suite on the 3rd floor of the 3BCT building.

What have YOUR Soldiers done for the community recently? We are proud of our Soldiers’ recent actions of selflessness and personal courage. SPC King and PFC Moody, without hesitation, rescued a disoriented Civilian from a disabled vehicle that was actively burning. Read below for the full story.
