Evidently social worker LMSW job title at least in ND have more say than a judge or police officer. I am a concerned citizen especially finding out they pay around $120 a hour. That’s more than a chief of police makes putting his life on the line. On top of this ND social services have been under investigation for mishandling cases. We need an organization that will oversee social workers breaking laws. Swearing under oath does not mean lying under oath. I never broke any laws but my kid is a victim of ND social services. My mother was a social worker for the elderly so I was raised by wonderful parents. Using someone’s disability in court against them (cancer) I would imagine is a violation of the America disability act. I can go on about other laws broken when my ex was charged not me. I’m a wonderful mother who never gave up getting cops involved with getting my son back. Was told I had to go to court. I was the only one on birth certificate and dad did not even complete a DNA test. When calling r**e and abuse crisis center they said, “This is a kidnapping case and my son should have been returned to the only person on birth certificate.” So I applied to ND Legal aid. 5 months later when social services stepped in due to what my ex did they took him and upon calling ND legal aid I was told, “We can not go up against social services. I made so many reports trying to get my kid to a safe home. Lisa Johnson lied in court saying, “I self admitted drug use.” Wait there I would love to hear the tap because no mother who is a wonderful mom would call just to say that! Otherwise using my mom’s su***de against me and cutting a federal marshal out of a court hearing who is my dad was done on purpose. I will never stop fighting and people in my situation who live in a beautiful condo downtown should never have to go through this. Oh and I’m a mother that passed away drug test for them. Sounds like ND needs to have immediate consequences for there actions. Wish me luck on suing the county! My son is worth it he’s not a money maker. No parent or child should go through this.

People of Fargo North Dakota we need to assemble and change who is in charge of social services. If anyone was or is a victim of Cass County Social Services this is the page to post your grievance. With this page I’m hoping people of Fargo area or even people living in the state of North Dakota male or female to please inbox me if you feel laws where broken or post your story so maybe we can make a difference. If you have a kid or kids taken due to nothing you did (Laws broken), parents who have any grievance with social services, workers of social services zones who have been bullied and people that want to make a change to stop this corruption. I do have resources and information that can help. People of North Dakota as a mom and only parent on birth certificate who never authorized my son to be kidnapped by a man claiming to be my son’s dad. He took my son to his apartment with nothing to prove he was the dad. As having a loving ex chief of police dad laws where broken and my son should have been given back to me (the mom). The ONLY PERSON ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE!!! I called and got police reports of calling the police, my sister calling police, my ex chief of police dad calling. They have 75 reports! Trying to get my son to a DRUG FREE HOME! No one listened and in fact probable cause was thrown out the window! By the time social services steped in 7 to 9 month later too late I already had legal aid started in North Dakota plus the r**e and abuse crisis center also agreed they messed up due to a kidnapping case. I have more than enough money now to fight for my son. I’m hoping to get a group of people who want to make a change and put an end to the laws and restrictions on what social services have control over in our state. It’s time for social services to answer and explain to many people why they are hurting families, taking kids away from adults that did nothing wrong, and it’s time they stop lying under oath. I have a dear friend that works for social services and she brought something up that alarmed me. Why are social services from Fargo, ND making hundred of thousands of dollars in a year. There needs to be an organization overlooking social services that is not affiliated with them in any way… I’m a concerned mother that will not stand for this behavior!!! I don’t understand why the Fargo North Dakota Social Service Department has more control than police, judges, and more important can lie under oath. My mother was a social worker in Nebraska I know this would have never happened in other states!! I have been doing a lot of research and looks like they have messed up 5 times in 2 to 3 years. Hint Social Service Zone. Lisa Johnson the social worker is one of the issue. My son should be living with his mom downtown Fargo in the new up scale apartments I currently live in. My poor son is being taken care of by someone who is a abusive pill poping drunk and in fact the nurse at Essentia Health where I use to work reported to the police Loise Novacek was hurting my son to the point social services where notified. I asked Lisa Johnson why my son is living there and wanted to know what happened she told me, “I will not provide you with that information.” Seems as though they are hiding information. I also contacted the person who signed off of my sons paperwork Renee Grussing, LSW she claimed to my dad and my fiancé and I quote, “I have no clue why my name would be on your sons paperwork and I didn’t have anything to do with your son. My dad explained, “Mam your name is on everything that was on my grandsons paperwork with your signature. My dad and I am frightened and baffled that you are not taking charge of something you signed and your name is all over paperwork to place my dads grandson or my son who his mom should have custody of. This lady still continued to lie and come up with reasons why she is surprised to be on the paperwork. Maybe because social services are trying hard to hide this case from the public. Now because Loise abused my son you have her husband Jerry Novacek adopt my son as a loop whole around the law. Well this is not going to work out. By allowing Jerry adopt my son Louis is still married to him and they still live together. We will all see each other soon because my son is not for sell he is a beautiful young little man who is loved so much by the Eaves family. His mom unfortunately didn’t understand my rights. You didn’t even offer a taxi to go see him knowing I went through cancer treatment during COVID. Of course my immune system was compromised several times due to me being disabled but is that a crime? On top of it no one explained my rights the attorney who my sister was with didn’t explain my rights. I DID NOTHING WRONG! I live in America and have a right to a fair trial! You told me I needed to sign the paperwork or I could not see my son. I had no clue what I was signing not only because you didn’t do a good job explaining but I was sick and disabled. I signed paperwork as well to ok my family to adopt my son. I have copies of paperwork plus my dad has emails of you explaining due to COVID it’s taking longer. But you can’t allow more time. Especially because I am disabled. I love my son and would give my life so he can live!! I would never put my son in harms way. I even passed a drug test. Why would that attorney of mine not mention in court that I did pass the drug test I should not even had to take? I also will be requesting the tape that you lied about under oath stating I self admitted using drugs! I’m sorry Lisa Johnson but being my dad raised me right I never used drugs nor did I say such a horrible lie. You are lieing to god under oath. Also I tried telling you I was Catholic and you did not honor that. Father Fischer from Fargo, ND Catholic Church knows me well. He is aware I want my son enrolled to there school. I do have coffee with him and he comes to my place a lot. I will be having my Catholic Church back me. My religion was stomped on!! I hope this nightmare never happens to any other parent such as myself.
