For those who may be in need, here is a list of free summer meals.

Students might be on summer break, but healthy meals don’t take a vacation. Crowley ISD is providing 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 to anyone ages 18 and under during the summer. You don't have to be a Crowley ISD student to receive a free meal. Find dates, times and locations at www.crowleyisdtx.org/summer. All campuses will be closed on June 19 and the week of July 4.

Mission complete! At the beginning of the year these 5th graders were given the challenge of coming up with an idea to benefit the school and surrounding community. They chose to design, research, and build a book exchange box where anyone can donate or take a book to read. They used the engineering design process and had to improve certain aspects of their design along the way. Mr. Gilliland, Dallas Park, and our community are proud of this team's hard work and dedication and will enjoy the benefits of this project for years to come!

Wednesday, May 22, will be an early release day for high school students and Thursday, May 23 is an early release day for all students and the last day of school for campuses on the traditional calendar. We hope our families have a safe and fun summer! 🙌🏼

Early Release Times:
• Elementary: 11:35 a.m.
• Middle School: 12:05 p.m.
• High School: 12:40 p.m.

Carnegie learning is offering FREE Online Math Acceleration Instruction for all Rising 6th Graders (current 5th graders) this Summer.

Dallas Park went to the Dallas Arboretum in a bus driven by Ms. Dallas. 🚌

💙🐾 Way to go Ms. Bellas for being recognized as our campus Employee of the Year! Thank you for all that you do! 🎉🌟📚

5th grade researched invasive species and created a variety of ways to display their animal! We have models, posters, or Google slides showing their native and invaded ecosystems, why it's so hard to remove them, and so much more! 🐇🐦‍⬛🐜🐟

Dallas Park had a wonderful Career Day yesterday! Students learned so much about a variety of different career paths they could take one day such as engineering, hair stylist, entrepreneur, fire fighter, and many more!

Teachers got to pick out some snacks to last the day! 🍫🍪

Teachers started the day right with a delicious pastry breakfast! 🥯🥐

5th grade got to visit the TCC Mobile Go trailer today and exploring the cost of living and possible paths for their future!

Teachers got to roll with the taste of Texas! A delicious appetizer was delivered that made everyone say Yeehaw!

Teachers were served delicious Simple Simon's pizza for lunch because they are simply amazing! 🍕

Monday: Breakfast Tacos! Teachers were ready for a morning bite before class. 🌮
