CHA is closed today in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

CHA Eagles are leading with excellence! Before winter break, CHA Student Council and Hope Squad ran a schoolwide donation drive for canned nonperishable foods and winter gear (gloves, mittens, winter hats, and socks). We collected 1,302 items to donate to the Tarrant Area Food Bank and four massive bags of clothes that will be distributed by our neighbor Genesis UMC.

We are so proud of our students and teachers for generously giving back to our community.

Stop by Laudromax on December 6th for an event benefitting Chapel Hill Academy! 20% of all sales that evening will be donated to CHA. A special welcome to our new neighbor Laundromax - what a great way to celebrate your grand opening week!

Happy STEM Day! Our students at Chapel Hill Academy have the most fun with STEM activities. Here's a throwback to some of the fun we had this year at Science Summer Camp.

The Living Wax Museum is back! 🎉 Our students worked hard researching, preparing, and presenting their historical figures to CHA students and families. We saw a student presenting in both English and Spanish and we even spotted Lena Pope!

‘There’s a spark in him I’ve never seen before’

Just a quick reminder about the chance you have to change a child’s life in just a few weeks at Science Summer Camp! Lena Pope’s Chapel Hill Academy (CHA) hosts Science Summer Camp every year. It’s a time when incoming 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th graders get to have 10 full days of science learning and fun.

But more than a good time, camp is a chance we have to use science to inspire 80 amazing kids to think and dream big. So we hope you’ll give generously today!

One parent shared this after their son went to Science Summer Camp last year and learned to cook something in a convection oven that he built…

“I’ve never had my son this engaged in anything! There’s a spark in him I’ve never seen before and it’s just amazing. I don't know what you guys are doing, but keep doing it!”

The total cost of camp is upwards of $60,000, but we’re asking friends like you to help cover important costs for the supplies, meals, and activities for each student to attend all 10 days of camp.
