Last month, North Texas faced relentless and devastating weather, leaving behind a trail of devastation. But the impact of such catastrophic weather can extend beyond just the physical realm. At Findlay Therapy Services, we understand the profound toll it can take on mental well-being.

The aftermath of a single disaster can give rise to a range of emotions and challenges. The emotional shockwaves of a disaster can reverberate long after the storm has passed. Individuals impacted may often find themselves wrestling with a whirlwind of anger, depression, sadness, and persistent stress or anxiety for months on end. This is not limited to the general public alone.

First responders, emergency workers, and other brave souls who rushed to aid during these extreme weather-related disasters are at an even higher risk. They shoulder the dual burden of caring for the public while grappling with the personal impact of the disaster on their own families. Their strength and resilience are awe-inspiring, but they too need support!

Findlay Therapy Services would like to extend a helping hand to anyone impacted. We will provide counseling services at NO COST to anyone who has been impacted by the severe weather events in any format.

We still have 2 spots left for our Teen DBT Skills Group. This group is an in-person group for ages 13-17 years old. This specific group will be on Tuesdays from 6 - 7:30pm.
Intake/materials: $125
Group Sessions: $50 weekly
