🌟Meet Holly🌟

Holly started taking APEX classes in 2020 and fell in love with it! She started teaching APEX in April of 2023. She loves sharing her passion and knowledge with others!

Outside of the APEX room, Holly enjoys working as a geospatial scientist and going on outdoor adventures with her husband, daughter, and our dog. She also loves to read copious amounts of fiction and grow tropical plants in her greenhouse!📚🌱

You know her, you love her, you start every level 1 class with her. She’s reverse kneeing forearm plank hold.

🖤Press your shins into your front platform, ground your forearms parallel on your carriage, slide your hips over your spring well, and lengthen from your hips to the top of your head.

🖤Any discomfort in your lower back? Lift your hips higher, squeeze your legs together, and pull your navel towards your spine. For even more support, add an additional white spring.

🖤Pro tip: Imagine your had tennis balls in your armpits. Squeeze in and lift up to engage your serratus anterior for powerful planks.
