Thinking about “jumping into” a group fitness class can be challenging. You might wonder, “Will I be able to keep up?”

Many of our clients were intimidated by the idea of working out with a group of people.

Here’s what you need to know about our classes and how they work.

WARM-UP & WORKOUT EXPLANATION

Before you start working out, the coach will walk you through every part of the workout. You’ll never be confused because everything will be demonstrated and explained.

We take time to warm you up for the workout and then get you feeling comfortable about how to do the movement.

PROGRESSION
The coach will then make sure you’re getting personalized coaching. If there’s a movement in the workout that is too far, we give a progression so that it meets your fitness level, and we account for any personal injuries you may have.

COACHING IN REAL-TIME
Then you’ll begin the workout with the class, and the coach will be attentive to ensure you’re doing the movements correctly. They’ll help and motivate you so you’re getting in a great workout during your class.

COOL DOWN

Myth #1. A “good” workout means you’ll be sore afterward.

Then you’ll also connect with your coach via text/email. They’ll reach out, and you’ll have direct communication with them during your 90-day program.
