High five for Melissa 🥳Melissa is a busy mom who works hard professionally, at home, and at the gym. She made it a priority to take care of herself this year.
Over the past few months, we worked on meal planning to prepare for busy weeks, utilizing the Plate Method for meals, and eating more consistent meals and snacks throughout the day.
As a result, Melissa lost 5 pounds of body fat! The best part is that she was able to maintain the muscle mass she is working so hard to gain in the gym!

High five for Kiara 🥳Kiara just finished up her first month of individual nutrition coaching with us at B3 Gym.
For the first month, we focused on reshaping her plate by using the Plate Method: 1/2 plate non-starchy veggies, 1/4 plate lean protein, 1/4 plate starchy carbs. She was also able to cook more at home this month.
As a result, Kiara lost almost 10 pounds of fat and over 10 inches! Incredible results!
She's feeling less bloated, more energized, and her clothes are fitting better.

✵In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients until well coated.
✵Place the air fryer liner in the air fryer.
✵Place all ingredients in the air fryer.
✵Cook at 400 for 12 minutes (mix about halfway through).

💦 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 It's true, plain water sometimes seems less appealing than other beverages.
Here's why you might find sticking to water a challenge:
𝑻𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆: Water can seem bland compared to sugary drinks or beverages with strong flavors.
𝑯𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒕: If you're used to drinking sugary drinks or sodas, your body might crave that taste and the associated energy boost.
𝑻𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆: Sometimes, a hot beverage feels more comforting, especially in cold weather. Cold beverages can be more refreshing on a hot day, but some people prefer flavored options.

High five for Edward 🥳 Edward has been an ongoing nutrition client for a while now, but had a breakthrough this month!
We worked on photo food logging, which has helped Edward make more mindful choices with his meals.
As a result, Edward lost over 6 pounds and 4 inches!
He's fitting into some of his smaller shirts again and is looking forward to fitting back into some outfits for an upcoming convention.
